We only ship firearms to a verified FFL.
Send a signed copy with your payment. We accept email and faxed copies as long as they are LEGIBLE.
Restrictions posted here are for aid and example only. They are not comprehensive. YOU are responsible to know if you are legal to purchase firearms and/or ammunition per Local, State and Federal law.
Large capacity magazine restrictions:
New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only.
California - NO SALES
Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines.
Massachusetts - over 10 rounds.
Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.
If you make a purchase and for any reason the firearm cannot be shipped to you and/or you cannot take legal possession (ie, pass the NICS check) of the firearm LOBOGUNZ will charge a 50% restocking fee.
Condition of guns:
ALL firearms sold are assumed to be USED unless specifically listed as NIB(New In Box).
NO warranty expressed or implied.
Any NIB firearm warranty is between the purchaser and the manufacturer.
The purchaser of all Firearms is solely responsible for determining that a used firearm is safe to shoot. Firearms have been given a visual inspection only, unless noted in the description. LOBOGUNZ urges that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing, whether bought here, or purchased anywhere! By purchasing, you are agreeing to hold LOBOGUNZ harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective firearm.
