We reserve the right to end an auction early if the firearm is sold at retail before the reserve is met.

First time Firearm buyers: Please email me at lobogunz@live.com before you bid. Let's make sure that you know the details of interstate firearms transfers.

PAYMENT:

  • Payment in full must be received within 5 business days or item will be re-listed and negative feedback posted.

  • Credit Card purchase add 4%.

  • Credit Card orders ship next regularly scheduled shipping day.

  • Bank cashier's check or Postal money orders ship fastest. Personal/Business/Credit Card checks are held for 15 business days.

    SHIPPING:

    • We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unless Posted in Auction Details, buyer pays straight $25.00 for shipping handguns, $45.00 for long-guns. Alaska and Hawaii higher.

    • No foreign sales/shipping.

    • Handguns ship by USPS Priority mail only.
      Long-guns ship via UPS

    • Shipping for handguns in an aluminum frame hard carry case for an additional $25.00.

    • If you want insurance you must request it for an additional fee of $1.00 per $100 insured (recommended; you and the shipping agency are responsible for shipping damage).

      AZ residents must pay Janet’s bribe also.(6.725% sales tax)

      LEGAL:

      We only ship firearms to a verified FFL.
      Send a signed copy with your payment. We accept email and faxed copies as long as they are LEGIBLE.

      YOU are responsible to know if you are legal to purchase firearms and/or ammunition per Local, State and Federal law.

      Large capacity magazine restrictions:
      New Jersey -     15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only.
      New York -       No magazine above 10 rounds
      Chicago, Cook Co. IL - No magazine above 12 rounds.
      Aurora, IL -        No magazine above 15 rounds.
      Oak Park, IL -    No magazine above 10 rounds.
      California -          10 rounds.
      Maryland -          20 round maximum for all magazines.
      Massachusetts -   over 10 rounds.
      Hawaii -              10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.
      South Bend, IN - No magazine above 15 rounds.
      Washington DC - No magazine above 10 rounds.

      Don't lie for the other guy. Do not attempt to purchase guns or ammo if YOU are not legal to own or buy them. If you win an auction and for any reason the firearm cannot be shipped to you and/or you cannot take legal possession of the firearm LOBOGUNZ will charge a 50% restocking fee and post negative feedback.   • ALL firearms auctioned are assumed to be USED unless specifically listed as NIB. NO warranty expressed or implied. Any NIB firearm warranty is between the purchaser and the manufacturer. The winning bidder of all Firearm Auctions is solely responsible for determining that a used firearm is safe to shoot. Firearms have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes, unless noted in the description. LOBOGUNZ urges that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing, whether won here, or purchased anywhere! By placing a bid, you are agreeing to hold LOBOGUNZ harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective firearm.



    Return Policy:
    All firearms come with a 3-day inspection privilege. Inspection period begins the day of delivery to your FFL. It is your responsibility to inspect the gun in that time frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all return costs. This does not cover items damaged in shipment; you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. All items must be in the exact condition that they left us in. The inspection period does not include the firing of the firearm. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand to see it operates, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted, including, but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins.
